iBag's service is first class. Great results at a very competitive price. I love the convenience and the speedy response times.

I have been using this company for a few years, and was actually satisfied with the service. Until one day something went wrong in their system and my bag got assigned to a different customer.

Not only they never apologised, but they blamed this on me, claiming that I gave them my clothes in someone else's bag.

Throughout the ordeal the management talked to me very rudely, as if I was some sort of a criminal trying to cheat them, never acknowledged their error, and, moreover, confiscated the bag for which I have originally paid about $10, claiming that I have stolen this from another client.

The small shop is located inside the 'discover' building on 600 Bourke Street which is also featuring a food court, a cafe, shoe repair etc.
I had my suit dry cleaned by ibag after a bird pooped on my shoulder (yeah I know it's luck :)) They were working really quickly and sent me a text message as soon as the job was done, so that I could pick it up (Office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm) and it was not expensive at all (approx AUD 20 per suit).
Staff was very friendly, although I remember that the lady at the reception didn't understand me too well, but it could easily be due to the fact that I have a foreign accent :)

All up, I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back after the next bird attack!
