Called and agreed on repair of specific very common part for my bike.
Took the morning off work to drop off the bike, was turned away with him saying that he didn’t work on inexpensive bikes and didn’t want to get the part in.
This is not your friendly local bike shop, they cannot be relied on.
My advice to them is if they don’t know how to run a business then they should at least develop some integrity when dealing with people.
Service was so bad I had to take them vcat to get my money back for shoddy work and work just not done (e.g. Paid for brakes cables to be replaced, and they weren't)
Approximate cost: $120
purchased my new bike from these guys!!, great bike but I called up acouple of months later to book in for the free service offered with my purchase and was told they would call me back, but they never did!! Called again and was told the same thing!!!
Thanks for your service
Approximate cost: $4000
Friendly staff, nothing is a problem, would answer questions all day if they had to. Didn't just want to sell me any bike they wanted to make sure bike was right for me, easy to make decisions when dealing with the right people
Approximate cost: $2000
I have gone in twice to this shop. The first was over a year ago to get my bike serviced. Felt a bit rushed and when I went to pick my bike up, the misalignment in my front wheel was not corrected.
Went in again recently to look at a bike rack. The sales guy was friendly enough, but was not too familiar with the product. But when it came to asking for more details, the manager/owner was not very helpful. Just got some curt replies. They seem friendly otherwise, so maybe it was just me and they were busy with other customers.
Approximate cost: $39.00
Excellent bike shop - got a great road bike at a great price. Had the opportunity to test ride bikes before purchase. No pressure sales just a friendly bloke sharing his expertise and offering full support into the future. Very happy with experience, have already recommended store to friends.
Approximate cost: $1399
Cool
Thanks it's good to know hope we continue to please
Great friendly service. I just went to get the gears adjusted on my new bike and I feel happy that I am encouraged to drop the bike back for adjustments at any time.
That's great because we want your bike riding well. Enjoy The Ride
Friendly and genuine - just the way I like it. No high pressure selling, just a relaxed approach. I went buy a pair of gloves and bought a bike as well
Very happy with the bike
Approximate cost: $5000
thank you very much, meats a Macca's up sell lol truly the pleasure was ours...
Unbeatable is right. Great service and great prices. These people were most helpful and they know what they are talking about. Had to go out of my area to find this store but it was well worth the time to do so. I am now the proud owner of an excellent bike supported by top after sales service. Thanks Ibikes.
I wanted to buy a bike but didn't know much about different kinds. I went to a bike shop a friend recommended, and had a lovely surprise. The staff were friendly, not pushy, spent a lot of time explaining the different kinds of bikes available. I even went on a short test ride on two bikes I liked, which then made the decision so much easier. I didn't make a decision straight away, their suggestion not mine....and a day later purchased my bike which I love. I even now have free servicing of my new bike for 12 months..how good is that?
I would recommend a visit if you are thinking of a new bike like I was. Cheers
Approximate cost: $599
Thank you so much, we hope you continue to enjoy getting out there on your new bike.

Agreed on the phone that I could look at the bike but as always I did advise that I would need to see the before quoting a price or doing the job. Upon seeing the bike for the first time I did decline to do the work.
I did apologise but with the standard of equipment on the bike in this case I felt he would be better of having the work done at the place of purchase.
He did not advise it was cheap E-Bike on the phone and as a business we only work on E-Bikes that are brands we sell. Issues with brakes etc on heavier E-Bikes with cheap components can be difficult to resolve so we chose not be involved.
If I had been advised during the initial call that this was the type & quality of the bike I would have declined at that point.
I apologise for any inconvenience but we can only fully appraise a job viability when we have the bike to look at. cheers
