I engaged 4 separate security companies to quote an external IP Cam NVR system for my house. iCam Security stands head and shoulders above all. Mike's response time and knowledge was unbeatable. He consistently responded within 24 hours and worked hard to ensure my needs would be met by providing multiple options and configurations at a reasonable price.

Installation was relatively straight forward and professional. Some teething issues experienced with software configuration and functionality, but as an IT worker myself, I expect this. Other than that, the system is working as expected. Post-implementation support though has still been high quality.
