Taraz came within 2 hours of my initial phone call, he suggested a possible cause for my fridge not working on the phone. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and the cost was minimal compared to buying a new fridge. I would definitely call him again should anything go wrong. Can't recommend him highly enough, pleasant, friendly, open and transparent in what he was doing, and he didn't mind me watching him work, as I was curious about how it worked.

Taraz attend our home promptly after our call. Fixed one problem with our 20+ year old Speed Queen washing machine. After he left we found something else happening. He returned immediately even though it was after hours, found the problem which had been masked by the first issue, ordered a new part, returned and installed it promptly. Our old but dependable machine has had a new lease of life.
Taraz is friendly, honest and attends promptly, as well as being a first class technician.

Taraz really went above and beyond fixing my fridge. I took time off work this morning and Taraz didn't have the part needed to fix my freezer and came back early this evening to finish the job and I live in Beenleigh. Taraz came after hours, when 5 others would not come past 4pm Monday-Friday. The service was outstanding. Not only did he fix my fridge, but returned 1 week later to make sure that it was fixed. Great service, efficient service and outstanding value for money. I will never use anyone else again to fix appliance. I can't recommend Taraz enough.

Taraz came out to service and repair our poorly maintained split system air conditioner. He was prompt, friendly, hard-working and very thoroughly cleaned the unit. Best of all, he fixed the constant drip we have been living with for over 12 months. Excellent service and highly recommended! Patricia
