Poor communication. I write them a message and get a generic response. But when I reply nothing.....

Created 4 contact threads for 1 issue.

They delayed posting my order by 3 weeks and did not notify me. So present did not arrive on time.

When I requested to cancel and refund they told me they can not do it. But they did cancel no refund to date and no communication.

After failing to deliver my parcel and not having tracking as per website and me following up multiple times over 3 weeks before I was told it was lost, they then told me they couldn’t resend as they had no stock. Checked website and it was still saying available so I reordered as they advised and requested they send express or at least registered since I’d been messed around. They sent it standard post. I’m now chasing a refund on another order which my requests were initially ignored till I put In a Paypal claim. They’re now telling me they won’t refund till I close the Paypal claim. Shocking service, don’t waste your time with this company

I bought a personalised clock for my son for christmas. The clock face is not straight. The number 11 sits at the top when you hang it. So disappointing. I have been calling and emailing this company since 27 Dec 17. Left messages. No one calls back. I finally got on to someone today. She said to send an email. Yep, I have been doing that for weeks. So I sent another one today. I suspect I will get no response from this one too and in a few days I will be calling them again and hoping someone will actually answer the phone. While I was on the phone now, I asked to speak with the woman's manager. The manager was "not there". The woman on the phone was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Their customer services need a complete overhaul. I fear I will probably just end up giving up as I can't take much more of this. [Redacted generalisation] It's just appalling.

To anyone even considering buying anything from them, I beg you, DON'T DO IT!

After I had trouble recieving my item I was sent another and it too didnt arrive. It would seem that australia post have some issues delivering to an australian business address. I had already recieved a refund of the postage when the first order went missing and when it didnt arrive the second time Identity Direct issued me a refund of the purchase price too. Then I was contacted by an Identity Direct representative that had already re-ordered the item and had it delivered directly to their offices so he could forward on to me, I thought after the refund they wouldn't bother but obviously their customers mean a lot to them. This is the kind of service you can trust and I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. By the way their products are amazing our daughter has had us read her "Peppa and Me" book to her multiple times a day since we recieved it, she loves it. I will definitely order from Identity Direct again as their range is very good, price is fantastic for what you are getting and they go out of their way for customer satisfaction. Good job guys thanks heaps.

After reading the online reviews for Identity Direct I was hesitant to order, but I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did! I ordered 8 personalised lunch bags for my family for Christmas. They all arrived on time and in excellent condition. After reading the reviews and ordering so many lunch bags, I expected my order to take a long time, but it was delivered within the 8 days.

Ive used this place to order school stuff for my kids. My daughter has a different spelling for her name and its special for her to have rulers pencils etc with her name when at school. The prices are a little steep but you gat such a variety with stationary,aprons,books etc. its not something you buy weekly so the cost is accepted. Postage isnt too bad and it arrives fairly quickly in about 7-10 days. Never had a problem

I have ordered lots of things from this site. The prices can be a little high but kids loves having special things with their names on them. They have really cute Christmas items.

Fantastic site that allows you to personalise and label just about anything. I've ordered name labels for my daughter to stick on her school bag, school shirts, hats and drink bottles. Since i have purchased these labels, any lost items with her name on the imediately get returned! Amazing!

Ive used this site a few times ordering name tags, named water bottles and kids books with your childs (& friends) name in them. All products are really good, I wouldn't sya the best quality but then you aren't paying a fortune for any of it. Will definatley use them again for more items, especially the kids as they grow outof everything so quickley anyway

We ordered a few xmas presents from here last year and they turned out really well, one of the presents was for a girl with an unusual name, so she was very happy to get something with her name on it, it was a denim shoulder bag and you could chose the picture and writing, she is horse mad, so we put a picture of a horse on it and her name, she loved it and has used it a lot since then. The postage was quite fast and the site was easy to use.

i ordered different items from identy direct i ordered some greylead pencils with my daughters name on them, and for the price i paid for them, the quality of the pencils was not up to a standard that i would expect to match the price. Order took longer to arrive than expected. But my daughter thinks the pencils are good.

We have been dealing with Identity Direct on line now for a number of years and we have had no problems to date at all. I have bought personallised story books, D.V.Ds and cuttlery sets to name a few for the grand kids, and each time they have arrived in good order and before their recommended due date. I also like to receive their e-mails every so often to see what else is new. The only problem is that we have four grand children and you can't buy something for one with out the other , so it does become a little expensive when you have to but four of every thing, but this is not their fault, all their items are pretty reasonably priced and good quality. We will continue shopping with them.

I have brought a few things from them the printing on the towels looks good
But they have spelt a name wrong in a book or a towel I got the cotton had run out and one of the towels was printed half on a different co lour so i had to ring up and send it back
There was no problem with that just had to wait longer for each of my orders now when I order I allow about 3 - 4 months so if there is a problem i can send it back get it returned and then post it on if I have to
It's good to get personalized names for people that have names that are not common or have a book made up for someone's child with there address in it and a few other people in it
I have done a few books I did one for my friend and put her pets name in there she loved it

great prices and ideas but was unhappy with postage times and one of the products i ordered the printing was crooked.

I purchased an array of personalised items from here for gifts last x-mas: pencils, pens, book & clothing labels, manchester, tree decorations etc. I did experience delays with delivery but was kept informed all the way along & offered the opportunity to cancel if I wished.
