I phoned Russell one morning as we had a leaking tap, he came within an hour to change the broken tap to a newer model. I thought this was very impressive, most trades you can be waiting days for. He's a nice person and appreciates the business his clients request from him.

I had Russell do some work at my rental property to install a new gas line into the house. He was highly recommended to me by a work colleague and from previous experience a good plumber is hard to find. I was extremely happy with both Russell's friendly attitude and the quality of his work, a hard combination to find these days. I was even more surprised to find out that Ignition Plumbing & Gas were much cheaper than a couple of other larger plumbing companies too and didn't hesitate to give the job to Russell.

Replaced shower breeching piece in ensuite. Russell was on time, very polite, completed all work in a professional manner and tidied up afterwards. Would have no hesitation in recommending his business to others.

Replacement of leaking pipes and fittings.He was very polite cleaned up when finished.He was prompt and on time told me what the problem was before fixing it didn't waste time hanging around thought the price was very reasonable would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
