Just realised this store doe dry cleaning also - had my woolen jumpers cleaned there - perfect! We're lucky to have this store in the area.

Despite all the positive. I had a horrible experience. I had a suit pant dry cleaned and it came back with damages to the belt loop and holes in both side pockets (pants had no issues prior to the dry cleaning). Their assessment/excuse was it is a normal wear and tear. They didn't even want to give me a compliant form, asking me to write a letter. The replacement cost is $200 to $300 for the pant if MJ Bale they still stock the fabric. Overall a very unpleasant experience and will be taking the compliant through other channels. Definitely, not recommended.

Seriously efficient and friendly service. He fixed my daughter's broken school shoe (major drama as you can imagine) on the spot with a cool old school manual sewing machine that did a sensational job and was reluctant to charge me much for his work. I insisted and will be returning. Take your shoes here!

Michael is very friendly and is awesome at what he does. He has fixed bags, shoes, zippers and even declined to do some jobs that he thought would cost me too much and suggested that the better value was in aquiring a new item. You don't easily find this kind of honesty and helpfulness these days. Could not recommend his services more!

I have had my dry cleaning done with Michael for the last year, always done excellent, if there is a problem it is always sorted very professionally. He has also repaired my shoes and bags, cut keys and replaced watch batteries. Old fashioned run business, which is rare these days.
