We have found this company to be extremely efficient in providing calculations and structuring ideas for our loan, not just once, but many times, as we worked out what would be our best option.

Admittedly, we had to change the structure a little to achieve the features I wanted but it got done. One phone call from Pete and it was all explained and he set it all up with the lender.
