Imagine That Photography

Please i have an approximate amount of $1000 with Imagine That Kids Photography. Photos were never taken at all and I did not get a refund. Now their website says permanently closed. Their phone number is not going through. Fair trading advised me to go the legal way. Can you reply to my emails and save us all the stress please? No service was rendered and you still have my money.

I paid over a grand for my package and never received it. Not replying to my emails. Instead they just sent me a link to download photos,but it's not what I paid for!!!!

It's been 5 years and I still haven't received my prints, I can't even find a contact number either. This is literally bullshit.

This is the worst company to deal with. Not only are they completely unprofessional-they are also deceitful and refuse to give refunds for products not even received! We paid $1690 for “Package Four” which was to include 15 photos from the first sitting and 15 photos from the second sitting, an album, digital copies of all photos from first and second sitting, a metal print or 9 piece wall art to be confirmed which one after second sitting.

For starters-We were told they came often to our area and we could easily walk in for our second sitting-they never returned to our area! I contacted a dozen times but was told they didn’t know when they would be back and to keep checking their website. I did that for over a year. We finally paid the whole thing off and then received a very unprofessional Text message with a link of our first sitting photos that “will expire in 14 days”.

I emailed them, quite unhappy with the photos as they were poor quality, highly edited, over exposed and basically seemed like I could take better photos on my phone. After seeing them I decided I didn’t even want to do a second sitting-not that it seemed likely as they still hadn’t returned to our area, so asked for a partial refund of the products we hadn’t received (the 15 prints, digital copy, album, and metal print for the second sitting) only to be told we were only eligible for a $15 refund or to finish off our package by picking photos from the first sitting to use for our wall art. Their customer service member Louise was appalling, lacked common customer service skills, as well as decency, empathy, and respect.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Go to a local photographer and support them-you will get 100 times more value and quality from one sitting than if you went to this company ten times (and probably not as expensive either)

I have reported them to Fair Trade.

Have had two free photo shoots with Imagine That. Both times they did fantastic and took some great photos. We payed 70 dollars for a a photo the first time and the second time I got a photo package. Both times we got the free photo, it wasn't the best photo of all of them but that was expected.
The lady who assisted me was honestly amazing- she showed me the package options and prices of the payment plans and I made the decision which one would be best suited for me. There was no decietfulness. I was sent all printed photos after the first payment, and I've received the remainder today and I'm so happy with it I honestly expected the quality to be less. Definitely worth it for the free shoot (which can be one of the most costly parts)

I would NOT recommend this business at all! An absolute waste of time and money. From now on I will be purchasing professional photos from a small, local business who is dedicated purely to the customer. I purchased my $600+ photo package (on a payment plan) in January 2020 and was told I will be emailed my photos the following Monday.
Once Tuesday came around and I had not received my photos, I contacted Imagine that Photography. I was then informed the service lady was incorrect and I would receive the package once my photos had been completely paid off (Aug 2020). Ok, fair enough I can understand that but wish I was informed at the time of purchase as my son is now almost one and the photos were taken when he was 2 months.
So I waited & waited, then I had finally made my last payment and was super excited to receive my photos. Now a week after my final payment I still have not received my photos. I again, got in contact only to find out it’s a 21 DAY TURNAROUND PERIOD TO RECEIVE PHOTOS. I am so unhappy, disappointed and unsure if I’ll even receive the damn package.
They are a sneaky and deceitful business who purely are after your $$$. I also ordered a phone case which barely looks like my son due to the poor and high editing. I do not even use the case due to this.
If you are thinking about getting your children professional photographs, DONT go to imagine that. Find a small, hard working and local business because their images will 100% be more realistic and you will receive what you pay for at a much lower price.
Never, ever again!

Probably wouldn't recommend to others. Price does not justify means. Disappointed. Other than the ability to pay it off over time, communication between was terrible. I had to keep getting intouch to check on.my balance and exactly what I was buying. The quality of the canvas was mediocre. Looks like it was printed off a home printer with the resolution too high. The photo book is good however still waiting on the USB. Sloppy, unprofessional conduct, sorry.

i went for free photoshot 2 weeks ago and they took photos of my baby in 15 mins and now asking me to pay $700 for those are you serious guys thats really surprising why should i go to if i have to pay this amount it would better to go to some professional day photoshot giving me same price and with lots of photos lots of hours with different views its worthless to spend the money on you guys fake promotion to grab innocent customer

I do not recommend this team.
They are so unreliable and deceitful.
I took both my kids, all dressed up and prepared to a photo shoot with them.
During the photoshoot, the photographer was so slow and missed so many good shots of Botha of them looking at the camera.
At the end, I informed the front desk that I am not happy with her job.
That day, I communicated with them via email.
I was said I have to go to the viewing appointment and thereafter they can decide what happens.
At my viewing appointment, my consultant agreed there are no ornaments like flowers, watering can, teddy, etc in the setting, and she contacted Kara and talked about my situation.
Thereafter their talk, I was offered another photoshoot, photos of which to be combined with the one I already had and given to me as one package.
Long story short, it never happened.
They misguided me into having another photoshoot done, and then they denied me of everything.
They did not give me photos of my kids having said that I need to pay 1690$ to get all the photos. I do not have that money, so they said I would not get anything.I am terribly disappointed.
The most unreliable business I have ever encountered to.

We participated in a free photoshoot. The ladies at 'Imagine That' were very friendly and worked with your child's needs and accommodated. They were very bright and bubbly and captured the moments well. Kyla served us while picking our photos she was very kind and patient as I took a while to pick the right ones.

I was pay $30 for a mug and they give me a very cheap and poor quality mug, they use a one of the bad photo of the baby.
Not happy at all. I can pay for the same quality mug at Kmart for only $6. So why I have to pay $30 for the same things?

We participated in a free photo shoot. The photos we received and purchased afterwards were outstanding. We absolutely fell in love with these amazing photos of our daughter! The photographer, the assistant and then the amazing Denni who sold me on the packages were wonderful! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, I will definitely be recommending this company and booking a photo shoot soon too!

We had the most amazing time with imagine that photography. The photographer was so good with my baby girl and photos are perfect. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

Absolutely love imagine that photography, my photos are perfect and the girls that took them were amazing with my kids, worked with them and managed to take absolutely gorgeous photos.
I've recommend "imagine that photography" to all my friends and they loved them too.

I had the most amazing experience with Imagine That Photography. The photographers were fabulous with my little boy and were very professional. The quality of their products is outstanding and would highly recommend them!

Fantastic from beginning to end!!! After many good and bad attempts at photos, we have found the company to always go to. 100% recommend both the photographer's and the sales team (Wendy was a godsend to work through the options). The packages are expensive but very very reasonable compared to others and for the quality.

Had a wonderful experience. They were great with my baby girl. Received my photos today and they are stunning. Got home and my extra keyrings I ordered arrived in post. And they were able to do the custom keyring I wanted for my dad :)

They are truly amazing with children!! When I went to pick up the photos, Wendy was truly amazing! Was awesome knowing there was more great products to purchase and overall the products/photos, were astonishing! I'm going there again!!
