I am only weeks away from my beautiful Impressions home being finished. We have had a very smooth and fast build and Danielle Rae has been amazing. She has given us everything she promised with no hidden cost. I have even sent my Mum to Danielle to build her new house. Great quality, fantastic communication. Having built with a number of builders over the years, my experience with Impressions has far exceeded my expectations. The main reason for this is Neil Boyd who is much more than a salesperson and provided levels of service that I thought were extinct. From my first meeting onwards with Neil I did not feel the hard sell and instead Neil was using all his knowledge and experience to help me get the house I wanted at the right price. After I did sign to build with Impressions Neil was available to communicate with throughout the whole pre start and build process. After building a number of houses with other builders, Neil Boyd is the only salesperson I have been able to have continuing contact with after the contract is signed. I understand Neil get's a lot of clients from repeat business and referrals.All I can say is he has got me and my family as client's for life. Thank you Neil for providing a level and service and care I thought had been long forgotten in the building industry.

How long should an Impressions built home last? Like most families in Australia with a mortgage, it takes 30 years hard work to pay off your home. So why do builders like Impressions build poor quality homes at high prices which only last for a handful of years? My house was built by Impressions, and was handed-over late 2008. Just over 6 years later, the house is full of water damaged, the windows are poor quality and have been incorrectly installed. It's very clearly they don't care about the quality of subcontractors, I suspect in good times they'll hire anybody who can spell their own name. God help you if you're reading this message and you have already signed a contract. Otherwise, avoid Impressions as it should be your last Impression.

The sales person is very patient and provides useful information to help you make decision. Sales process is not pushy or irrirating. Sales person makes me feel welcome all the time and is very accomodating to my busy schedule.
