This is the best gym in the area. The instructors really know their business. The only thing that it needs is a pool but I don't know where they would put it. The members are great too.

I attend this gymnasium four times a week and participate in various aerobics classes. I purchase a 20 visits pass which equates to $7 a class. They provide all hand weights, steps, barbells and towels if you require one as well as lockers. The fully sprung carpeted room is huge with two fans and two airconditioners.
