I recently had the pleasure of working with Inline Plumbing & Electrical and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and efficient.

The team arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue with my hot water system. They explained everything in detail and provided a clear and honest estimate for the necessary repairs. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of their progress and made sure I was comfortable with every step.

The repairs were completed flawlessly and my hot water system has never worked better! I was impressed with the attention to detail and the care they took to leave my home clean and tidy.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with these guys and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a true 5-star company!

I had a problem with my hot water system. So I rang in-line plumbing and electrical, the technician came out the next day and told me the problem was with the main. They organised the part to be replaced and now it’s all back to normal.

So glad I found this company when doing a Google search for a new Rheem gas hot water system. Peter phoned me within a day of submitting an online enquiry. He quoted me over the phone based on the HWS model I wanted, additional valves and fittings if needed. He patiently answered questions I had about the warranty period, function of extra valves and fittings. There was no sales pressure tactics. The price for the HWS unit is not more than through Rheem direct. The labour built into the parts is however cheaper than Rheem. Within the same day of confirming work to proceed, Peter arranged for his technician to come onsite. Everything was completed in a bit over 2 hours. They removed the old HWS and didn't leave it messy (except for the large cardboard box the Rheem was packaged in which I had to cut up and dispose for recycling). Can highly recommend Inline Plumbing for the job. A true pleasure to deal with. Professional, reliable tradespersons with integrity.

Now let me give you some tips.
1) Never choose companies from the top of the Google search results - they pay to advertise and get their brand mentioned at the top of the list. Unlike Inline Plumbing who don't rely on paid advertising but instead customer referrals.

2) I made this mistake before contacting Inline Plumbing. I paid a call out fee for a written quote by "Fergusons Plumbing Group" that was almost 3 times for the exact same work scope. Ferguson's brand was setup only in October 2021, its parent company is Onsite Trade Services Pty Ltd and upon doing some research it has bought over the assets, staff and brands of Dan’s Plumbing, Plumbcorp and Fastway Plumbing formerly run by plumber Jason Aboukalam. Despite being exposed on A Current Affair for their astonishing ripping off customers, the ethics, business practices and culture don't appear to have changed.

Peter and the team in the office were excellent to deal with and Stuart the plumber was amazing. Efficient, friendly, highly skilled and clean! The labour and parts were all reasonably priced and their quick response and same-day service was awesome.

Could not be happier with their service. The technician who came to fix my faulty hot water heater was extremely professional and thorough with great attention to detail. And both the technician and the Inline staff were communicative and gave me a run down of all possible options. The job was tricky and was quite lengthy but the technician showed his expertise and had the system working in no time. The price was really reasonable as well.

Inline Plumbing and Electrical are one organisation I can say have awesome customer service, tells you honestly what needs to be done and when they tell you they will be there, they will be.

I came across Inline Plumbing because the day before Christmas the hot water decides to give up the ghost. I had another plumber come and look and said the tank needs replacing as it is leaking. Quoted over $4000 for the replacement, but felt it was a bit much.

A quick google search showed Inline Plumbing and the price range for their supply and install. Make the call and spoke with David to get a ballpark cost as a comparison, who was not just out to make a sale, but gave the honest and truthful assessment of what I have been quoted and what it should cost as a comparison. I quickly cancelled the other order and ordered through David, who again, was awesome, and got his team out on site with the new tank that afternoon and installed.

I cannot express how appreciative I am that Inline Plumbing has come to my rescue to get a new tank installed. I can have hot water over the holiday period and my visitors do not have to suffer cold showers, and as a major bonus for the holidays, I still saved over 50% in the back pocket.

Due to the extreme storms, our old hot water system died. I rang Inline Plumbing & Electrical who had a technician here straight away who diagnosed the fault and walked me through the options of a repair or replacement. I chose to replace it at a very reasonable price and they had a new hot water system delivered, took the old one out and had the job done in 2 hours. The guys were all polite and fantastic workers. I could not recommend a better team and a better company. I will definitely stay with these guys for any work I need done.

I want to thank Inline for an efficient and well mannered service they provided me. They cleared my blocked toilet in a timely manner. The plumber was extremely helpful and always kept me informed on what he was doing and left with no mess made like other tradesmen I’ve had. I highly recommend anyone who needs a plumber to call Inline!

Inline plumbing & electrical installed a new hot water system 3 years ago. Since then we have had to call them out twice to replace a faulty temp valve they installed and a faulty flu they installed. Both call outs cost a total $800 to fix their own parts. Obviously they use low quality fitting to get extra money. Be very careful using this company.

My Rheem 50 Litre tank exploded yesterday & flooded the unit. I was in a mess. Fortunately I phoned Inline Plumbing & Electrical – they advised me what to do and then arrived in quick time, replaced the tank, cleaned up the area for me and removed the old tank as well. All done at a really affordable & fair price. I can’t thank Inline enough for their honest & efficient service. I would recommend these people to anyone. We woke up Sunday morning to a flooded kitchen. Didn't know who to call, found Inline Plumbing and Electrical on the internet, phoned them and fortunately David answered and he was very helpful, told me what to do and had a plumber there within 2 hours. Plumber was very polite and professional and resolved the emergency. Really greatful and happy with the whole service and would definitely recommend Inline Plumbing and Electrical to anyone, they are true to their word and not only is the service really good but the price is also really fair. My hot water system burst last night and I phoned Inline Plumbing at 8.30pm. I spoke to David who organised a plumber to come around the next morning at 7am! I would like to thank Inline Plumbing and Electrical. Our sink was leaking and they came within a couple of hours to help us fix it. We are most appreciative.

Had a continuous problem with the toilet where it would spurt water all on the toilet seat and floor everytime it was flushed. It was driving me nuts, especially if I had guests over who needed to use the toilet. It just had such a force to the flush and also a leaking cistern.

Our leaking Rheem Hot Water Service was replaced today after I phoned Inline Plumbing & Electrical at 6.30am this morning. The hot water system installer, was able to attend within 2 hours which was greatly appreciated by us. I was really impressed with the whole hot water service provided - the professionalism, promptness, friendly attitude and the condition in which the plumber has left our home.

Hi, I want to thank inline plumbing & electrical team for a super speedy service, my gas hot water system after 13 yrs when to heaven, I called the staff David at Inline plumbing and he advised me that it will be done within the hour, I was sceptical, but after speaking to him for less than a minute I knew by his great customer service that I did not have to wait for 5 days to get hot water system fixed as with the 2 other major companies I called, the unit was delivered within the hour and the installer arrived within 30 minutes, I would recommend Inline plumbing to any other family as I was able to have a hot shower by mid day.
