The first time I used this service I requested that the dog be picked up at 3.30pm and dropped off at my work at 5.30pm. The dog walker was half an hour late to pick up the dog - and half an hour late to drop him off at my work and still charged me for two hours! The second time I tried to use his services - I arranged for him to pick up the dog at 3.30 and mind him till about 7.30pm for a $50 service fee. This time he wasn't late but didn't show up at all! But only gave me a text message after 3.30 for me to call him. The reason I wanted a walker was to make it easy for my dog to get walked while I'm working - i find the service to be overpriced and unprofessional and I would not recommend.
