I thought this salon was professional until I was a little late (less than 15 minutes) for an appointment. The salon phoned me as I was parking and the person was extremely rude and basically told me my appointment was cancelled because I was so late. What a way to ruin a persons day. Sometimes things happen to make you a little late. Maybe you should add an additional 10 minutes per appointment to accommodate for unforeseen events. A bit of compassion goes a long way. Bad feedback does too!
