ive recently moved to Plumpton after 30years living inner west area, never heard of Insignia day spa, but after stumbling across WOM earlier today, and reading these reviews. Im making an appointment tomorrow to get my hair done!! Thanks ladies

Insignia Hair and Day Spa is a fabulous place, I got my son's hair cut here and they did a wonderful job. Jess was really good with keeping my 1 year calm and the hair cut looked good. The cut only costed $12.

Such amazing and quality hair services by staff who really tailor the treatments to you and care.

Recieved a beauty spa package from my hubby after i gave birth. Best present ever. The team were so professional and organised. I went from my facial straight to my massage and then onto my pedicure. There was no waiting around at all which was great for me as i was able to get home to my baby. The most relaxing two hours spent. Thank you for the great service and team work.

I have been coming to Amanda for my hairdressing needs for the past 15 years. And she never disappoints. This time is no exception, the recent renovations are fabulous and the new shampooing recliners are just divine. I could sit there for hours especially getting that amazing head massage!! Looking forward to my next appointment to get my style cut as I trust no one else with my hair...

Microdermabrasion specialists!!!!! My skin has never felt better. I get everything done here its my one stop shop. Amanda always works wonders with my hair aswell. Thank you so much girls. Highly recommend.

Came in for a day spa package with Marianne and it was the most amazing facial treatment I have ever experienced which included a hair treatment and blow-dry. I rebooked to have my hair cut and coloured. The girls are friendly and professional and I highly recommend the salon!

Amazing experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my spa package so relaxing and the spa pod is helping cure my insomnia, I haven't slept this well in ages. A very professional salon and day spa. I have used all their services and the whole team are very friendly and knowledgeable. The experience is very important to me.

All the staff are very professional and so friendly. Jamison and Emma have done my hair and both do the most amazing job,I'm always so happy with the finished result. I leave feeling wonderful and get plenty of compliments.

Just recently used my Xmas voucher. I had an hour Microdermabrasion facial which left my face feeling wonderful, clean and smooth. Then had my hair massaged and washed, then blow dried. Next time I am going to try the new Vichy Shower. I have been having my hair coloured and cut at Insignia for a few years now. Its nice to know I can get "my pamper on" all at the one place.

Ia gift voucher given to me and I had the works done here and I LOOOOVVVEEEDDD IT!!!! everything was exceptional. Great customer service! They have a lot of staff there i had a massage and facial, soooo relaxing in a nice warm heated bed for the facial I loved it. Then I had my hair done by Alana it was the first time in a long time i have left a salon happy with my hair. Definitely recommend these girls.

I had my hair done here for the first time by Emma and I had waxing done while my colour was processing. It was great the whole experience so convenient easy parking, friendly girls, I wasnt left waiting I was offered a tea and it came with biscuits. I would have been lucky to even be offered a drink of water at the last salon I went to. I have made another appointment to get a Mothers Day pamper pack its great value, I cant wait to be pampered more. I recommend this place 100%.

I have had half head foils, cut and blowdry twice and loved the end result, would've liked if they had got closer to the scalp so the look lasted longer instead it looked like I had regrowth fairly soon after having it done. They have some great package offers sometimes which are very worthwhile, $100 for half head foils, cut, blow dry and manicure was fantastic.

I love this hairdresser, ive been going there for 2 years now and they always take care of me. for hair, waxing and nails.

I had my hair done here for the first time at the end of last year i have been there twice since then and have loved my hair everytime I have had Alana and Simone and they have both done exactly what i wanted!! I recommend them to anyone who asks where i get my hair done! Well worth the visit!! Love it!!!

Great customer service although was a bit disappointed that more effort was not made to remove the color from my skin. I had a wedding to attend and felt like a fool with a dark mark around my face.

It's always a great day when I have my hair done at Insignia. Jamison is my stylist. She's patient, competent, pleasant and does my hair exactly how I like it done. Even if I ask for something out of the ordinary. Well worth the time and money.
