I recently had a terrible experience at Intaglio. First they lost my booking, so when I arrived I had to wait half an hour to be served. Then when they cut the hair for me and my child they rushed the service. When I asked for a bit more work to be done on my 7 year old child, the hairdresser flatly refused on the basis she had another appointment. I will not be returning there.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the hair wash and head massage. I felt the hairdresser responded well to how I wanted my hair cut. I have curly hair and need a hairdresser who is experienced with this type of hair.

Was overcharged and forced into a blow wave which I didn't know was extra- $55 at that with no cut! I asked for a tint which was incorrectly consulted and ended up with a much darker color than wanted, when the hairdresser offered to change it the older lady and one of the other hairdressers- talked me out of it and said give it a week and if not then come back..with little kids I don't have the time to come back. Horrible experience and would never go back.
