Do not use this company. They promise the world and stuff up everything. Had a simple order that ended up taking 8 months to get it right and complete. Shocking service.

Paid 7.5k to have plantation shutters installed. Within a month they were starting to fall apart. Rang them and ordered replacement slats and twice now the installer has cancelled on me. Very unhappy with product and service.

Worst company so far. Waited 8 months for one shutter, and got wrong measured one. Then the installer broke two blades . Now no reply to your emails or calls. All they make excuses. Very unprofessional. All they want is your money.
It has been 7 months and still two of the four blinds we have ordered need to be repaired and reinstalled. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.
My blinds will be fitted this week. Great service from Nidhi Kant who did initial measure. On time and pleasant above and beyond to what I was expecting. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Into have been professionally and helpful. Highly recommend.
I can’t thank or recommend Into Blinds nearly enough! From the initial consult with Rocky, to the measuring-up, exceptional customer service of the phone support team to the fitting by Matthew today. They warehoused my blinds for 8 months free of charge due to construction issues and couldn’t be more caring. 11 out of 10!!!

We were so impressed with the personalised service from Into Blinds. Our consultant, Daniel Bosanquet, guided us through the selection process for our blinds. He was knowledgeable, professional and was a huge help when it came to colour selections. Our quote was prompt and we were very positively surprised. Thank you Daniel
We were very excited to hire IntoBlinds for our new office blinds install. We had 4 representatives from the company visit our offices prior to the install day, after a 4 week wait & nearly $4000 payment, the install guy arrived & said he could not install the blinds as there were desks in the way. We have 5 x 4.5m wooden desks. We would need an army of strongmen to move these desks which are all pre-fitted with cabling & electrics running through them. The install guy would not contemplate standing on these enormous desks to install the blinds & none of the 4 representatives from IntoBlinds who visited our offices prior to the install date mentioned that we would need to move these enormous desks out of the way. I then had to organise another install person (who was able to stand on a desk) to install the blinds which cost us an additional $900. Trying to then get in touch with IntoBlinds customer service after that was not easy. I emailed, rang, left messages, I was told I would receive phone calls back & didn’t, I had to constantly chase them to respond to me. It would have taken twice as long to get rectified if I had waited for them to call me back. IntoBlinds offered us a measly $320 credit & waived all responsibility. We finally got the blinds installed roughly 6/7 weeks after the original order. If you want my opinion - Stay away as any problems with the order or install will be up to you to clean up & they will not be interested once the money is in their account.
Appalling service!
Despite being repeat and loyal customers over a period of 18 months or so, our experience in the past few months has deteriorated rapidly. The latest install taking 5 months to happen, and now with a fault on one of the blinds, it will need to be replaced.
Staff place absolutely no value on their customers time, and evidently don't care about delivering even the slightest bit of service.
My advice is to save yourself the time and stress and go with a smaller company!

Ive now ordered more plantation shutters for the bedroom, because Im so happy with their service and product. Denise was friendly, informative and efficient.
