I will never return to this spa and I want to warn others to think twice about booking an appointment here!

Disappointing Service- while i was waiting in the relaxation lounge I was talking to a lovely lady who had taken the day off work to treat herself for the first time in a very long time.

A therapist came in to the room and told her, a different therapist took someone else in and gave them her treatment. Now they could only offer her a 30min massage rather than her 90 mins that she was booked in for.

I understand sometimes things happen But instead of offering her any kind of compensation they told her she would only have to pay for 30 mins! They didnt offer her any discount for future appointments either

You can't possibly relax in 30mins. that's why days spas offer a min of 50min massages or longer.

I believe the least they could have done was offer her the 30min massage free of charge. I know any of the spas that I regularly went to when i was in sydney would have offered this as well as a discount in hope you would come back and not give bad reviews.

So disappointed. :( Really was hoping this would be my new spa.

The Good
They do have free facilities for you to use (spa and steam room) however you couldn't spend all day lounging and relaxing here as the facilities are inside the changing rooms.

The Bad
To get access to their pool you have to buy a pool pass which is $49/per person! I'm sure the cost of letting someone use their pool and a towel or 2 doesn't cost them anywhere near this amount. Considering there are alot of other places where they give you free access to their facilities $49 is totally over the top!
