John came out same day i phoned, which was amazing, and he is happy to travel, whatever the distance, when required. He was able to remove a stuck light shade so we could replace globes, he checked two power points, including crawling under house to look for wiring cable. He also advised on an extension cord that had shorted out, and took away, repaired, returned two standard lamps ( returned following morning). I found John efficient, knowledgeable and reliable. He's a very chatty, animated person, with a great enthusiasm for life.

John installed a large pendant lamp and did some electrical work outside my home. He was extremely patient with me as I am a perfectionist and therefore the job took a lot longer than he had quoted for, however he did not charge me any extra than he quoted. I was so pleased to have found an electrician that was also a perfectionist as the pendant was very fiddly (which we both didn't expect) and he worked very hard to get it perfect for me. The pendant took a lot of adjusting and he was calm and friendly throughout the whole process.

I will definitely use John for all future electrical work as I've learnt it is difficult to find a good and honest electrician. Thank you John for your patience and sticking to the original quote, even though it took you longer than expected! I'm one very happy customer!

John came to replace a burnt out main switch and re-seal our existing wiring. He was extremely professional and prompt in coming out to our place. In our emergency, John arrived to our front door within an hour of my phone call.

His pricing was very reasonable especially given the somewhat extensive work required. He was a pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to work with again in the near future (although I hope I don't have to!!). At the very least I will pass on his details to family and friends in need of a sparky.

John came by to install two weatherproof powerpoints and also did a safety check and replace a dodgy powerpoint as well. He was really knowledgeable and helpful with immaculate attention to detail. He went beyond the original quoted tasks to add extra protection without increasing the quoted price. Highly recommended electrician and very friendly. Thank you John.

Extremely happy with the work done by John. Very fairly priced given the quality of the workmanship, his honesty and the pride he takes. Arrived on time, communicates well, cleaned up, and gave great advice. We'll definitely be using his services again in future, and would absolutely recommend him to others. Also very appreciated that he was respectful of pets and open doors - a lot of tradespeople are terrible with this so it was quite refreshing!
