Jason and Paul were very friendly and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Before starting the job they warned that some parts may be bigger and require more cost, but they would not go ahead without contacting me and asking for permission. Price was fair and the job was done exactly as specified. It wasn't an easy job but they approached it enthusiastically and positively and made sure I got the outcome I wanted regardless of difficulty.
