I got my Camry from here such a good experience with them especially Nick and Gregory help me with everything and deliver my Camry last week and got it on timeframe given by them… really appreciate their hard work…

Charged almost $1000 to service my Landcruiser, when I checked, they had not cleaned the battery terminals, had not checked the brake lines/hoses, had not greased the driveshaft universal joints, had not checked the driveshaft bolt tensions, yet had ticked all these items off the checklist. I don’t know what else they had charged me for and had not done. When challenged the salesman apologised (basically he had no option but to apologise, as he had been caught out) and offered to fix the things that had been missed (that I had already paid for). As a “sweetener” he offered to change my front diff oil. Won’t be back, be warned.

My Husband and I purchased a car from here last week. I could not fault anything. The service on the day was great from the manager to the after sales, to the salesperson to the service team. Everyone was wonderful and after we got possession of the car, the follow up was superb. I would not hesitate for one moment in recomending Jarvis Toyota. Sofia.
