The cost was very reasonable & I am thrilled I now have an air conditioning unit that works perfectly.

Our very old split system was not working. Ben came out and gave us the bad news, it needed replacing. The whole process from quote to installation took 5 days. The whole team were prompt, professional, efficient and took pride in their work.
We also found their price very reasonable.

The team at Jay's Airconditioning are fantastic! They helped me select the right system for my home and were super friendly and professional. The price was great and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. I had a terrific experience, not to mention some great laughs!

Jay and his sons were so wonderful to us. They came to fix our air conditioner when it stopped working on a public holiday - 45 degree temps! We tried a number of other services, who all declined to assist us urgently. The following Monday (4 days later during Christmas holidays) we had a new one installed! Jay was so kind to our elderly father and treated us promptly, politely and respectfully. His sons and workers worked professionally and were quick and friendly. Can't thank them enough!!

Had a new control board retrofitted by Jays 12 months ago, have had no end of problems. Have had the unit repaired 4 time by other aircon professional due to poor wire connections on the control board and outdoor unit. (just twitched together and wrapped with tape) and a faulty defrost control unit that was also installed by them. Just very poor workmanship.
Would not recommend them to anyone
