Always a good sale and large range of products, this is one of the first shops i visit for technology and always the first shop for DVDs. The only downside to this store is they are always so busy it is hard to find someone to help

This JB HIFI was a little smaller than other i've been to, which makes it a little crowded. Especially on the weekend when it's really busy. When it's busy it is quite hard to get staff assistance. Other than this there is a great range of stock to choose from.

I've had good and bad experiences here, I've brought a TV with great service but when I tried to buy a new car stereo I was ignored by more than one staff member...they served all the males before even asking if I needed help. The staff at this and most JB stores seem to think they're better than everyone else, and so seem snobby and unhelpful, something I've experienced at Brighton more than once.

Approximate cost: $5+

I go there each time I need speakers for my car, they have good deals on speakers and other accessories. The staff know where the things, cd's and dvd's are, even the things that are not quite mainstream. Signage is well placed and stock is relatively easy to find.

JB offers a great range of CD's and DVD's, which is something that's important to me as a customer. The store often has imports as well which means that you can get your hands on an item that would otherwise be difficult. Another great thing is that JB offers a lot of discounted CD's as stock is constantly marked down. This is awesome as you can often pick up releases at below cost. The fact that you can also purchases consoles, entertainment equipment etc makes it an even better proposition.
