Has ANYONE noticed how JB HiFi ONLY has positive reviews???

I can tell you this is NOT a positive review.

During COVID, everything is difficult ... even JB HiFi tell their customers to be patient due to difficulties fduring this time.

So, Apple Air Pods PRO, that were bought on 22/9/20 and given as a gift for daughters b'day on 13/10/20 were finally reported to them on 30/9/21 ... 8 days after 12 months from purchase, but 13 days before 12 months since item was OPENED for the first time.

Their response ... too bad.

When queried why they should be faily after less than 12 months use ... their reply was "if you use them daily, thats HEAVY USE and you cant expect more"

$400 earphones that dont cope with daily use for a year???

THANKS JB HI FI....Never again will I shop there & never again purchase Apple products ... VERY expensive and they are EXPECTED not to last more than 12 months if you want to use them everyday ... According to their reseller .. JB HI FI

went their to get a new phone- the staff was actually super helpful and informative. I have been to other ones in the past - where their was no service

I like how they setup all their i teams , they tell you everything you need & this shop is very cheap for the things you need.

like all other jbs you get people that know what theyre on about which is always nice, prices are very hard to beat. they also can usually give you abit of a deal. great place to shop

Fantastic prices, and you can always talk them down.
Great workers at this store too, and a nice central location.

i have been into this jb's many times and always had good experiences, quite o few of my c'd come from that store, they are well established I am talking about 2001 when I us e to do courier work and be stuck in Camberwell waiting for my next job to be called, it would break the monotony of my day.

i love JB hifi ... heaps of stuff at great prices and staff are okay too (but always busy running around! haha) ... would definitely use again when i need DVDs or CDs or hifi equipment

Many years ago, Camberwell JB HiFi was by far and away my #1 pick for purchasing any AV equipment or music. Although there product selection has remained better than most, I have found the quality of service has deteriorated over time. Its often a real struggle just to get served, and the staff's willingness to negotiate on price has changed from being civilised to agressive and arrogant.

I recently bought various items including a number of CD's that were advertised as buy 3 for $9.99 each. At the checkout the woman said the sale was over HOWEVER she checked with the manager and they honoured the sale as marked!!

The plasma TV price is very competitive.
After doing a lot of researches, shopping around and compare prices.
The Best Price for plasma TV. Samsung. I bought 1 last week.
