Very bad experience Banstown store not worth even 1 star ...i paid full amount for iphone 13 and yet still waiting more than 10 days to arrive from Hurstville JbHiFi and when i contacted them to check if it arrived or not they were very rude and hanged up the phone without any manners and no customer service at all ...very disappointed never again deal with them and i recommend no one has to deal with such untrained unorganized team .

I purchased a laptop from jbhifi some years ago and now need a new battery. Went instore only to be told they don't sell batteries. Sell the computer, but no spare parts. Is this because they cant get a 95 percent markup on spare parts. Sell the goods, should sell spare parts, Pathetic,. No more purchases from this crowd.

I haven't been impressed with the JB HI FI online pricing this year.
Its up and down like yo-yo's. I understand specials from week to week etc, but I have been eyeing off one particular item since July (6 months now). It has only ever been marked on special once but every week the price changes between $20 and $120.00 and than I realise we get a "special" coupon in the email offers - what type of special is that if they have bumped the price up before the coupon is issued. Misleading. Know your prices!

JB hi-fi has generally good prices for electronics products. It depends when you go to store which sales person you get. Generally they are good. New JB home is the best thing.

pre ordered limited edition dvd, It was sent a little later than expected but arrived quickly once posted, in great condition lots of care taken with the packaging, would order online again

I ordered a few little gifts for friends and family from here over the past year and I love shopping online.
When they have free postage it is even better value for money.
I just wish they had more available online to buy.

the place is so big you get to look at what you want and there are people walking aroud for when you have a question. i could spen all day in there and leave happy
