This JB-HI is small but ok for the area. Staff are a bit lazy and some have really bad attitude and poor customer service. DVD area is a bit messy.

Very helpful technical assistance in making decision on product to buy. well priced and always prepared to consider a discount. Very knowledgable salespeople and I feel that I can trust them.

I get my CD's and DVD"S there and the prices are awesome as they have sales on all the time. Ages ago i bought my navigator and it went crap after a bit as it was faulty and i went straight to them and they were nice to replace it for me. Staff are very helpful and nice.

The staff here are very very very helpful. A great selection of dvd's, blu ray and cds.
If you cant find what yo are after, the staff are always helpful to service you

Helpful Staff, know what they are talking about. Massive selection of DVDs and CDs, heaps of free parking at Watergardens Town Centre.

This store has a wide range of stock, It can sometimes take a while to find a staff member to help you, but once you do they are very helpful, I have ordered Cd's from here and they have taken months to arrive, which I wasn't to happy about

Purchased an LCD television recently. Delivery took some time, but staff member was apologetic and incredibly helpful...they threw in some free stuff.
DVDs tend to be expensive, great range though.

Big selection of dvds, music, home office needs, tvs car stereo etc. Helpful staff that can help you find what you are looking for. They can also order certain dvds and cd in for you

I recently had my birthday and I got a stack of gift vouchers. I bought my self a dvd player, a game for my ps3 and speakers for my car. Jb has it all under the one roof, and quality products to match.
