These guys where amazing they gave me a very reasonable quote and had the work done on time, thats a first. My paintings look beautiful. I will defiantly be recommending them to my friends!
After waiting years to frame a very sentimental and irreplaceable piece, I trusted Framerite to do the job. After agreeing to pay top dollar, they lost the reference image, made me wait 10 weeks for the job to be completed, then treated me with the utmost contempt when I pointed out that NONE of my instructions had been followed and the product was incorrect. In fact the owner had palmed the work off to his girlfriend who had not been present at our meeting when the instructions were given. After being told not to return I was so concerned that I wouldn't get my image back, that I paid for the substandard work and took it (the money was worth less to me than the image). You'd think any framer would understand that a left margin of 8cm and a right margin of 5.5cm is unbalanced.

My name is Lee-Ann and I am the co-owner of the business - not "the girlfriend". In fairness you should have stated that the peices of the collage you provided us with where not the same size and the photo you wished us to copy.
Both margins were aligned at 5cm each side, until you demanded that one side to be moved, so the centre aligned in balance to the picture you provided. The work was a high standard and we went out of our way to try and make you happy, at which we obvioulsy failed. Your job was costed at $400 and you were provided a havy discount.
We appreciate any feedback, as long as it is honest.
