I had an outstanding experience with Tony (Jet Blast Plumbing). Living in Canberra ACT, I'm well aware of the premier tax on all services here. After being quoted a staggering $250 - $650 call-out fee by another plumber on a holiday, I was hesitant to seek further help. However, Jet Blast Plumbing proved to be in a league of his own.

I called Tony about a problem with our gas barbecue. He came within about 20 minutes and fixed the issue in just a few minutes. I was thrilled to have the barbecue fixed so quickly (after several years of inoperability) and at such a reasonable cost. Really appreciated Tonys rapid response and willingness to assess a possible water leak at short notice. Luckily no leak, but as I was having flooring installed the next day I had to know if there was a problem. Received solid advice on preventative measures so now have a plan and can go ahead with the flooring.

I contacted Tony over the phone, he happened to have availability this afternoon. Arrived on time, did a great job reseating and replacing my shower taps which were terribly recessed (definitely needed a plumber for this job!). Happy with the price too!

Was told by a previous plumber that I had catastrophic problems with my sewerage pipe and would require all kinds of excavations under the house to rectify the issue - I wanted a second opinion and Tony was suggested through family.
