Visited this place last week for coffee and cake, and was blown away by the great food and service.
Even though it was very busy, our food and drink were served in minutes, and the quality really good. My daughter had blueberry muffin with custard in the middle which was to die for.
They have a very extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and are fully licensed, so will be back with my husband.
Oh, and you have lovely views of the water when you sit outside!

I find this place can become quite busy and noisy but i like going when it is a little quiter, usually between the morning and lunch rush. the family staff are great, always so friendly and seem to remember most of there customers. great food and great dining experience. love the new set up of the shop since it has been redone, looked a little runn down before and dirty.

Have had meals here many times both prior and after refurbishment. Prior the refurbishment this was a great place to have a meal very well priced and quality was great.Since refurbishment price on everything has gone up and quality have gone down the meals seem to have gotten smaller for more money. An example is i ordered pancakes and they where only the size of the palm of my hand. I no longer attend this cafe now due to the increase of prices.

We went here this afternoon to have a cup of coffee and a really big bowl of chips. The kitchen was closed but the friendly staff member remembered our order and promptly ordered it for us.

nice people here (brothers & sister). i assume new owners recently as big revamp and completely new greatly enhanced menu.

hidden amongst all the usual cafe fare are some real interesting gems, and it was really nice to see fennel and the 'ugly' vegetable, celeriac being used along with some other other interesting touches

all very reasonable priced and good food deleivered.

and sorry folks, i told them that their wine prices were too LOw for the quality of the wine. on which point, small but nicely selected range. nice quality currently priced at less than $30. get in quick. :-)

now, i am definitely not a fan of 'booth' style seating in restaurants (what's it called again?), but was comfortaable enough.

all told a most enjoyable experience. hosts and food.

we will definitely be back. we just have to add them into our mental (very short) list of acceptable restaurant venues on the Pennisula or close by. on the Pennisula itself for evening dining, it is a very short list indeed. :-)

Waterlily, possibly the best for food and locatioin, until it closed and moved to Maroochydore (i think) ages ago, Boroughs, definitely next best, until Odin lost the plot and it closed; in the meantime, Dannys has most definitely lifted his game (and menu)! and we have been pleasantly surprised with the Golden Ox food & service on a couple of recent visits. But frankly, the Jetty is right up there for us. and GREAT to have. Welcome.

Wow, sounds like you have some experience with eating out locally. Thanks for the advice, I'm going to give this place a try next time we visit the beach with our boys.

What a fresh breath of air this place is. So nice to see they appreciate their customers! I love their coffee and the cakes are to die for! Scrumpcious! It's always a treat to stop here when we go for a walk along the beach, and stop for a well earned break. Hubby loves it too, but I think it's starting to tell on his waist. Never mind the calories, he says!

This place is great, I love it. It has THE best eggs on toast in Redcliffe, It has also been renovated and has a beautiful view of the redcliffe foreshore. I had a great tasting flat white on soy milk which was organic as well. Vales is great and service was fast. Sundays are the busiest.

A great view, good service and good company is all you need to stop here for a break. I took the wife and we had coffee and dessert before lunch at home. I know it's the wrong way round, but the cakes looked soooo inviting we had to! I don't know how many calories, and I really don't care because it was delicious!

Approximate cost: $9.95

Wow, hasn't the old Jetty Cafe at Redcliffe been transformed. We were here for coffe and cake after dining out at another venue on a Saturday night. The coffee was great and the selection of desserts is to die for. Well done to the new owners, we will be coming back for more.
