Terrible.....first the beautician hung the phone up on me, then called the police after I went into the clinic asking for an apology for the hang up! All over a voucher that was due to expire and she didn't want to acknowledge the service! Don't go to the ascot vale clinic, you will be incorrectly judge, or if you have a voucher...make sure you use it x4 months before its due to expire or she'll be very angry with you and call out "harassment"! Good customer service today has gone to the dogs!

Went there for a microdermabrasian and facial. Staff knowledgeable. Rang back to ask about treatments discussed during first session and told prices given were not accurate, so hesitant to book. But still hope to go back again.

I have been going to this beauty salon for years now and I have never had any problems. The staff are professional and its a pleasure to go there. I find that they can address any issue that I have with such good advice. I've been stopped by people who comment on how good my skin is and I always tell them where I go. Great specials and I love a good special, especially when its making me look good.

Juenne is such a great little beauty salon. I started coming to have IPL on my face and was so pleased with the results I started trying other treatments all of which have been of high standard.
The staff are friendly and professional- and I would highly recommend booking in an appointment!!

Melissa is really fantastic - she is very helpful and her prices are very reasonable! She's honest and won't talk you into getting more than what you need. I would recommend her to everyone. I'm always happy with the results and she is very professional in her approach whilst not coming across as authoritarian. I've been to a couple of other cosmetic medicine specialists in the past and they have been terrible! They rush you, they over charge and you are left very unhappy with the result. The opposite happens when visiting Juene!
