My wife and I purchased a property earlier this year and we felt the accuracy and speed of service Jims provided was quite stunning. There was a problem from the sellers end as he was overseas at the time, but Jims just seemed to handle it as if there was no problem. They stuck to the price we agreed on, even our real estate agent thought they did a great job.

Im sure the lawyer was good as my home buy did successfully settle however the service and experience was certainly underwhelming. As the customer paying for their service, I was the one that had to constantly follow up and see what was going on. I would receive late replies, if any, and had to be to one to ensure that the process went smoothly and that settlement could be met. The experience was more stressful than what it should have been, especially when you hire a conveyancer to take the stress out. On top of that I was misquoted and overcharged, only to find out I was overcharged 'due to the amount of emails and calls'. There certainly would not have been so many had they been attended to.

Brad was recommended to us and we couldn't have been happier! The whole process from beginning to end was made simple and straightforward and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend! Thank you Brad.
