HopelessJim’s franchise damaged my car while using the grass cutter caused stone chip damage, car only 7x months old. Jim’s Sydney manger trying to avoid paying excess via Insurance, still going through insurance due to these idiots. Around Xmas I’m out of pocket of still nearly 900$ for the excess to get the car fixed until insurance gets it shorted out . Even worst is that Jim him self says the franchise is libel, then the franchise insurance company says he claiming he’s not libel. Got to mention I just got out of surgery and had to deal with this company. The franchise services the Liverpool, Cabramatta and canley heights area don’t use him,I found him to be lazy, a few simple things I asked to do as part of quote yea yea, wasn’t done. The person I have now is way better green d go lawn mowing. Very productive and great customer service.

The guy came to give us a quote and did the lawn that day, it cost us a bit more the first time as the lawn was overgrown but it was still less than what the last guy charged us.
He was very friendly and did a really good job and tidied up after himself.
He said he will come back in 4 weeks time and will send a message reminder the day before.

Ok so we got the text to say he was coming but the next day it was raining and nobody came and now it's been 2 weeks and still nobody has come or contacted us. In the meantime the other guy that didn't turn up came back after 3 months and mowed the lawn again. So I guess now it will be a race to see which one comes back first to mow the lawn again :)
