Two months ago, we engaged the services of Jack based on positive online reviews. Initially, communication was prompt and responsive via email and phone calls, leading us to sign the contract and make payment.

Unfortunately, after this initial engagement, communication became significantly delayed. Obtaining a response often required multiple attempts, and direct contact with Jack was never possible. Instead, all communication was channeled through a generic "Front Desk" with no personalized attention.

Furthermore, justifications for the lack of timely responses were consistently provided. This resulted in us having to take on a proactive role in managing the entire process ourselves.

While we appreciate the timely completion of the conveyancing process, the overall experience was marred by significant stress and a profound disappointment with the level of professionalism provided.
