This agency should be shut down!
The manager very rude & should not hold that position.
Our taxes are wasted on this agency.
They refuse job applications you provide on nonsense & discriminate you for being unvaxxed. How can they accept job positions which are similar if not basically the same! which you have applied previously, and now they say that these are unacceptable. They play with words and try to create a situation to get your payments stopped.
Stay away from them, trust me on this .

I’m a survivor of the very grim prospect of being forced to deal attendants at JP Werribee - all currently retraining as nail technicians, with a sideline in motivational destruction and an overarching mantra of testicular voodoo. They’re pack animals - probably closest akin to Hyenas - but grossly over-fed and hungry for blood.
Not the slightest bit of understanding on homelessness, the role of agencies like Unison and their workload, not any really skills you might expect of a receruitment service. Just complete imcompetance and a bloated sense of their own importance. They ENJOY demeriting. They hate being corrected on anything. Especially by a man!
You’ve been warned!
I couldn’t even imagine sending anyone into that office - friend or foe. The’ll be completely underwhelmed at best. And - this is the really frightening bit - on the verge if psychiatric meltdown and suicide if they’ve had to have contact with the “Office floor manager”. She HATES everyone!

This job service is supposed to assist the unemployed, after I have been employed all my life and now I need assistance. I get smugness from the staff who answer the phone, and also the representatives who prefer to gossip and eat their lunch while not caring. I experienced rudeness, unprofessionalism and uneducated employees who don't care about their job enough to help the unemployed. Great tax dollars going nowhere here. If you get put request elsewhere. because it is hopeless.messages left and don't get passed on. staff who ignore requests.great start to a new future with this employment service!
