Jesper & Ian have both provided wonderful services with regards to new & used car sales respectively - they took the time to chat with us, addressed all concerns we had, and went an extra mile to ensure that we got the best deals possible. The customer service provided at John Blair has been exceptional - the receptionist makes wonderful hot chocolate, and other staff are extremely helpful/friendly as well. This is honestly the best Honda dealer in Melbourne, having had depressing experiences at other dealers before.

I have used John Blair Honda for over 7 years. I have a 94 Honda Accord EXi and it's been so reliable, partly due to it being a very reliable model and partly due to the care that John Blair gives it. For a basic oil change I might go somewhere cheaper to save money but to get any mechanical work done I'd use these guys first. Honda's are very reliable so an occasional maintenance bill is a small price to pay to have a car that never ever fails. The Spare parts division are excellent as well, very open honest advice. I replaced a fuze for $1.50 (a local repair shop quoted me $250 to replace a fan motor, which it turns out only had a fuze that needed replacing) so using John Blair saved me a packet on that job. If you want cheaper you can find but you won't find a more skilled quality of service and honest technicians.

Was shopping for a new car, salesman was only interested in blowing his own trumpet, and how good he was, when I phoned him back to make an appointment to buy the car, he never returned any of the calls, I would never recommend this dealship to anyone .
