Thought I would give them a go as I had hear good things about them and they were a bit cheaper than other places. After getting an arm wax and eyebrows wax and tint, I came home with a bad reaction to their wax, literally itching the skin off my arms, and the eyebrows that looked like my 10yr old neice did. I had to fix my own eyebrows just so I could go out in public and still spending nights scratching my arms apart. I was not once asked if I had sensitive skin or if I was allergic to anything. Would not recommend at all. They are cheaper for a reason.

I had a horrible experience. Rude, unprofesssional. When a complaint was made regarding my exp, it was dismissed without apology by the director. Therapists dont even do a client consult, so be careful if u have allergies or are pregnant as they have no idea.

Excellent service also they take the time to help you what you need and I would recommend all my family and friends to go there because I will be going back there that's for sure..

Jools for Jim are a little bit over priced for the quality of work they do. I have had my hair cut and coloured here several times and only a select few times have I been fully satisfied with the result. I've tried many of the girls there and still haven't found anyone who does a perfect job. I find that even when I show them photos of what I want, they can never get it right.

Very modern and stylish hairdresser's shop located in the main street of Bendigo, don't just walk in from the street as this is a very popular place and you will need to ring ahead to make a booking but it is well worth it. Qualified hairdressers listen to your needs and give you the hair cut you want, they will give you advice on what the think would suit you. And they treat you with patience and understanding. Great with kids too

very nice salon and they offer so many services form hair dressing to makeup tattoos. the staff are absolutely wonderful and so good at what they do. a little on the expensive side but so worth it to spoil yourself!

I love going to this salon! It is a great experience and so relaxing! I only got my hair done but they also do skin and body treatments.
