Great for service and the eye test. I purchased a pair of frames for use as sunglasses as well with with a red pink frame. The lenses given were a perfect match with a browny pink colour in them which I thought were very effective. Many thanks.

I have been using their services for a number of years, and have always enjoyed their friendly service. In Dec 2012 I lost my glasses and needed a new pair in a hurry as I was leaving the next day on a holiday. They went out of their way to ensure that my new pair was ready in time, despite the fact that it was a very busy time of the year (a week before Christmas) and the lead time for my glasses was supposed to be 3 days! Very impressed and happy! :)

I've been getting contacts and glasses from here for a number of years. The customer service is excellent, I have a little card which gets me my sixth pack of contact for free which really makes a difference when comparing price to the cheaper offers out there. If you are a regular client they do lots of extra little things that you don't get from bulk billing places. They are extremely helpful and have got me out of a pickle more than once when I've run out of contacts!
