We used John for several services to both mine and my husbands vehicles. He is incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. Fantastic value for money and the service he provided was A+!! We always spoke very highly of John. Our most recent dealing with him earlier this year left us both disappointed. Our calls/messages were ignored. Even after calling and texting numerous times. Eventually after much determination from our end, John came around to look at my Ford Territory. He told me what he needed to repair the issue and that he would order the part and contact me for fitment. I never heard from him again. I found myself in a bit of a predicament the very next day and needed our mechanics advice. Knowing I was stuck without transport, I was still ignored. I know mechanics don’t have magic wands but a simple “Im unable to help” would’ve sufficed. We had to find someone else to help us. We were sad to have to find someone new to service our cars as John was extremely trust worthy and reliable. However, things changed drastically in the reliability department.
