Today, I was highly impressed, I did not have my mobile with me but was asked to wait only for a couple of minutes to have my haircut. I used to know the staff/hairdressers at this place but my compliments go to Vicki who made the whole hairdressing a breeze. Great place for families and young ones who need a trim.

Very poor service. No bookings required but when they put your name down and tell you to come back say 30min later, be prepared for them to slot a few more people in before you. Then they expect you to wait longer. Good example of wasting customers time. In that time you're better of finding Another salon that can provide better customer experience.
