Just Jap Auto imported an Estima for us from Japan. From the very beginning the service was exceptional. The owner was on the ground in Japan when we needed him to be, and had all the right contacts both there and in Oz to make sure the final product we got was EXACTLY what we wanted and more. The car was well presented and perfectly appointed. I would recommend them to anyone at all looking to buy a car at auction in Japan. We saved a mint doing it this way and had control from the very beginning. Excellent value, excellent end product, fantastic experience.

The staff are excellent, strong knowledge of parts and can assist with most requests. However, prices are fairly high and the quality of the product is fair.Bad news is that High Prices.

Staff have excellent product knowledge. However, the quality of JJR product is disappointing. Prices are also fairly high compared to other business out there. The reason which would keep me coming back would be their large access to parts which others can't source
