I have been going to this salon for a while, i am a guy... obviously, and it is not fun having all the hairs ripped out of your leg (they have deeper roots as a guy!!! ouch!!!!) but the service here is absolutely brilliant, the girls who work there are great especially the newer ones... they are curteous, very friendly, and take special care to look after me and minimize the pain (even tricks that i can do to help them like hold my leg in certain places so that it comes out cleaner and with less pain!!! very smart!!!) i wouldn't go anywhere else, and i have tried a few, it is even a bit of a hike to get there from my place, but worth it!!!! the prices are great, and i have fun....
EXCELLENT STAFF AND SERVICES. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND CORTEOUS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I HAVE BEEN GOING SINCE IT OPENED AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM
I love this Salon! I can make an appointment at short notice, the rates are fantastic and the girls are quick, friendly and professional. I can even book my appointment on line!
this salon is great my boyfriend and i are always leaving the salon very happy. staff is great, they are particually great when it comes to shaping eye brows and gental.
well my experience here was very good. the girls were very friendly, salon was so clean the girl that waxed me did a great job and gave good after care advice. i recommend this salon for all waxing needs.
I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE score! The place I usually go for eyebrow wax was closed over the Christmas period so I thought I'd give this place a go. Their website looked great and I thought that if all they did was waxing...they'd be pretty good at it!!! I was SOOO wrong!
I got my waxing done at 1pm yesterday and as I sit here typing this, I can barely see out of one eye because it is so swollen with a big red gash along my skin where some has obviously been torn off!
Now, I normaly go a little red after a wax but have been to many different places and have NEVER had two swollen eyes and one with a red gash along it before. This is NOT what you would expect from a salon where you have paid good money and who supposedly get their business from being experts at waxing!
The girl who did it wasn't friendly didn't say "oh you should put some ice on that" or anything of the sort. I have now cancelled plans for the rest of the weekend because my eyes are so swollen. My eyelids are pushing down onto my eyelashes!
Ok - now back to pressing ice blocks against my eyes ! :-)
Dont you think your over reacting. its almost like your talking about a different salon, my two daughters and i have been waxing there since it opened and had no trouble.

Interesting that you can still see enough to type and to take time to find this website. I've been going to this salon since it opened and have always found them to be extremely professional and friendly.
