Limited menu but very well prepared, the food is yummy. Love the very relaxing atmosphere. A very popular spot. Must try the scones.

Excellent food, Excellent service. Would highly recommend. You must try the lindt white hot chocolate and their killer scones with homemade jam. I also enjoyed a very tasty roast pumpkin, sundried tomato, pesto and feta baguette which was great value for money at $11 and very filling :)

It is a good space for a quick meeting with great coffee and eats! The artwork on display also adds to a great overall experience.

I am a tour guide and I took my overseas visitors there for lunch. The menu could do with a few more simple choices for food but overall it was excellent. The food that we ordered came out in generous sized servings, so much so that we could not eat it all. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We took a seat and were soon approached for our order. The lady was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't long before we received our lunch. Everything was fresh and locally made. The taste was amazing! The freshly made baguettes we ordered were big enough for 2 people, but the taste made us want to eat the whole thing! The home made jam on the scones was delicious! I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting the Dandenongs! It's just lovely to look out the windows at the birds and the beautiful Australian bush.

I like the peach and chicken salad, innovative, beautiful flavours I get sick of the same old same old. The gnocchi was a bit disappointing, I like really light gnocchi melt in the mouth gnocchi, can you use de piped olives please? Atmosphere is gorgeous and love the new warm colours. Lovely place, lovely people

Have been to this cafe/restaurant a number of times over the years. I had gone to Belgrave today with my mum to take her out for lunch. After I left a cafe in Belgrave(due to very poor service) I decided I hadn't been to the Kallista Tea rooms for quite some time. I am really glad we went there today for lunch as it was a breath of fresh air to have a good greeting and really good flavourome food.
The latte was a really good one......it is hard to find a good coffee nowadays.
The service was friendly and of a great customer service level.
I will be back there......

Approximate cost: $15.00
