Kass Smash Repairs has created the ultimate motor vehicle repair facility. It's big, clean, well run, filled to the brim with fantastic vehicles and has an ambience about it that that runs throughout the entire shop! I was fortunate enough to meet the boys recently! my neighbour recommended them for some private work I needed on my car. being sceptical about the industry in general from the second I walked in the big roller door my concerns were put to rest. Maserati, Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes as far as the eye can see! It's a very tight nit family group, there work is second to none, and it's a true testament to them how busy they are and this fantastic aura that surrounds those big walls in Marrickville.. I was recently in a car accident (not my fault) and my insurance company sent me to kass. I was astounded by their facility, professionalism and workmanship. They gave me a loan car immediatly, communicated every stage of the repairs & did a service while my car was in being repaired. I can't speak highly enough of their services and honesty & would recomend to anyone.

Not happy with the quality and service provided by this company. I have been doing business with Kass for many years and the quality of work has deteriorated over the years. I recently had my car repaired at Kass. the following week i got my car serviced from another mechanic and they identified a number of errors with the service i received from kass. and on another note the quality of work was not to the standards of which it should considering his prices are nearly double to other panel shops. kass also refused to resolve any problems due to their bad workmanship, even though kass gave me a guarantee/warranty on the work.
