I was apprehensive about joining a gym for the very first time, but the staff at Kawana Fitness made me feel so welcome and offered a great range of classes that catered for people at a range of levels. I started with yoga, pilates and body balance and I am now also going to body step, pump and combat as well. People from all ages and level of fitness enjoy the classes.
