The food used to be good, could always rely on a good kebab or mix grill. Nowadays the food is dry and the dips mostly oily, seems like they have stopped caring as they get busier - the place is constantly packed so you have to wait a while to be served...

very yummy kebabs made here but does get very busy staff are flat out but you still seem to get served fast great selection of kebabs to choose from very nice and also great prices as well have always enjoyed my lunch when coming here

The best Kebab you will ever have! The taste is just nowhere else to find in Australia. However the place is very small! it would be nice if they expand the shop somehow and have more seats because i love going there most of the time!

One of my favorite kebab shops in Melbourne. The food is just fantastic every single time. And the servings are generous. Like another reviewer has said, you better be hungry if you want to eat there. The kebabs will last the whole day.

The place is very accessible.its very busy but the service is good. The smell of food engulfs you. The quality of the food is brilliant. It's like a mini Middle East. I come here every weekend.

We have been eating here for yeeeeears. It is the best kebab I have ever had. Ever. If you want Turkish food, this is the place you want to go. The kebabs are the main thing they sell, and there is good reason for that. But I also recommend taking home a loaf of their freshly made Turkish bread (seriously - $3.50! And sometimes you'll get one still hot from the oven :D).

And try their pizzas. My favourites are the lachmacun (a flat pizza with diced veggies and mince, great with lemon) and peynirli (spinach and cheese pide). Unfortunately I often take away (the place is always so busy that it can be a pain to get a seat), so by the time I get it home it gets soggy. But if you get it fresh - it is the best Turkish pizzas I've had in Melbourne.

Everything is incredibly affordable, and you will definitely be full by the time you're done (if not before!). I am also amazed at the memories and competence of the staff there. In the entire time we've been going there, they've only ever once made a mistake with our order. And they are ALWAYS busy. I honestly don't know how they do it!

My mate took me here and I was a bit s ethical at first, but I after dining here I changed my mind. I had the lamb shish and was quite satisfied, cheap too.

I have tried alot of Kebabs and nothing comes close to the freshness of this place. I recently tried the grilled shish Mix Grill and it was divine. I waited a little while for a table but didnt mind and have been asked to call for a reservation and to pre-order so I have done that and it was heaven. Great staff Ceylan one of the owners is always making sure customers walk out happy.

The most popular kebab joint on Sydney Rd Coburg and there's a reason for that. Very yummy kebabs, the ladies who work there are so onto it, my order has always been taken promptly and they always get it right. Not so nice for eating in because it's so tiny, cramped, and busy. But that's OK we always get it for takeaways anyway

Is a little expensive, but the kebabs tasted nice. The store itself was a little cramped. I usually go there for an afternoon snack, and the kebabs are usually very filling. The staff are friendly, as was expected.

I went here because all my friends rave about the place. I ordered a Kebab and the meat was undercooked and the meal was not even hot. I had a stomach ache later that night. Perhaps this was a one off though.

I go to Melbourne Kebab Station - Coburg every week without fail. Love this place! Just ring ahead and order otherwise you might have a bit of a wait, with good reason. There is nothing more I can add to compliment these guys; it's all been said in the other reviews. Well Done!

I love this place! Very busy shop & good reason for it! The food is great, service is good considering how busy they are! I recommend the Chicken Shish meal. If they listed on the stock market I would buy shares in Melbourne Kebab Station - Coburg. Well done guys, Keep up the good work!

The best tasting kebabs in Melbourne. Always full of customers and they still serve you quickly and friendly. Very good customer service and great tasting food.

My husband and I are regulars at this place, we usually go there once a week. Service is great, always very friendly and polite. I usually order the shish meal or the doner kebab. Food is always fresh and tasty. This place gets very busy on weekend nights so sometimes there is a little wait but its well worth it. Good prices.

This place has always been one of my favorite places to eat Turkish. The food is to die for. The meat and chicken are so tender. I love to go there when I'm really hungry - I know I'll leave feeling full and satisfied. It's money well spent.

it was fantastic kebab meat looked very tantalizing as it was on display and was very tender great quality they dont buy the average priced stuff like some others, turkish bread kebab was served on was nice and soft. all around great place to eat kebabs. they are packed out for a reason

The kebabs there are the best in the area. They cost a bit more than the others, but it is worth it.
They are mostly always busy, so never dine in - there is not enough room.
The service can sometimes be a bit slow, as they are always busy.
The turkish bread is very fresh and very cheap. The dips are also to die for!

Fantastic kebabs at a reasonable price. Very very tasty and the best kebabs you will find along Sydney Road in my opinion. Great for take-away but often they are very crowded so it's quite difficult to get a seat.

It all depends on what you get from this kebab station as to your satisfaction levels. If you get a good old kebab you will most likely be satisfied (that's if alot of oil doesn't bother you). Since changing management though DO NOT order a mixed grill as your meat will only turn up burnt and tasteless. Bread is always served fresh and piping hot and carrot dip is absolutely divine. Don't expect to eat in though as it is almost always packed and has a serious shortage of tables.

Excellent Middle Eastern food (kebabs, dips, turkish bread, etc.). It is a little expensive and it takes a while for your order to be filled (mainly because they're so busy all the time) but it's worth it in the end.
