The owner kelly has been abusing staff causing them to starve, work after hours without extra pay, not let them have breaks and lunch. They are being guilt tripped to stay with kelly due to no one wanting to work for her anymore. As soon as nora (worker who ran away from abusive uncle&aunt) kelly took advantage of her by askibg her to move in then making nora take care of her child, do all the cleaning and taking care of everything for kelly just so she can have a home. Zena (hairdresser) left due the abuse and suffering from kelly. As soon as nora moved out and tried to leave she guilt tripped her so nora felt bas and went back to work, then kelly had the AUDACITY to say “Nora came begging back to me.” when kelly was literally on her knees begging her to come back to the business.

worth going to lady’s are super nice and do a great job on hair and piercings. I had my cartilage done it was so well done and super quick no pain just a tiny sting after for only 30 mins which is normal took less than 4 weeks to heal which is amazing and unlike other high end piercing places the healing time was so much better, the lady was really nice and did it with a gun as I have a fear of needles and faint from them, although there are risks with guns I just took extra precautions like making sure I do take the extra mile to cleaning it very thoroughly, overall it was a great experience. They do great hair I got half head foils ash blonde and am going back tomorrow to get it again as it has grown out over the past 9 months. The colour is still a nice ash blonde and only needing to use purple shampoo when I wash it once a week, although I can wash it with regular shampoo when I wash it again during that week as I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. My hair is extra long and thick and when I heard the price I was so surprised (in a good way) it was only $100 no extra charge for my hair which is so cheap the treatment they put in doesn’t sting or burn unlike other salons which is amazing and makes me wonder what everyone else is using inside of the treatments. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes as I had an appointment but no dramas as they were very welcoming and it was very busy that day.
My cartilage piercing was only $20 plus $12 for aftercare including the earring ofc w no extra charge which is a great deal. Would definitely recommend to everyone and has great friendly staff working there.

DO NOT GET A PIERCING HERE!! Kelly used the wrong equipment and earrings and lied to me. I went to get a daith piercing and she used an eyebrow earring for my ear. She also pierced the completely wrong spot. My ear has rejected the piercing and tried to move and push itself out, leaving infection and a painful lump. The ball fell off and I asked her to put it back in, where she told me that the back of the earring had gotten TOO THIN. EARRINGS DON'T THIN, ESPECIALLY WITHIN 2 DAYS. She used the wrong earring and didn't tell me. She told me she has to replace it with the same one. This place is terrible and I can't even get a refund. I'm in pain and very upset and would NOT recommend coming here.

i use to go there all the time.and i use to get quality hair and nail care,lady was always friendly and took time out to do a professional job but something changed over time and i noticed a change in her,she no longer took time out and did a fast hair or nail job on myself and her other clients,even though prices went up.i end up getting an infection on my toenails after visiting there and i have not been back since.....not trying to be horrible,just trying to be honest and to warn others.

Ridiculously unprofessional. They dyed my hair blue when I specifically asked for and showed pictures of brown. I let them try to fix it a second time and when it was still blue they said 'just wash it a few times'. They refused to give me a refund and yelled at me in front of customers even after I asked them to stop yelling at me. I'm currently going through fair trading with them. I definitely don't recommend them

I was told by a friend that Kelly Hair and Nails did the best eyebrow wax in Campbelltown, so of course I had to try it out for myself.

I went in, I had to pay upfront and then was told 10-15 minute wait as a few ladies were in front of me. I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes.

The lady ( a blonde lady) who did my eyebrows was great, the room looked clean and hygienic. The waxing didn't take very long, and the result was great, no redness afterwards either.

The waxing gets a 5 Star, the wait time lets the service score down.
