Ken Hall plumbing completely let me down recently regarding my gas fire. It’s a long sorry saga, bottom line is they have left me with no fire for winter. Now huddling around a gas filled radiator. I really thought I had found a good company here after having some minor electrical work done but alas no, the usual unreliable money grabbing useless tradies. I will go back to doing my own repairs.

We purchased a new toilet last November and booked Ken Hall Plummers to remove the old one and install the new one for us.

Our serviceman arrived early and explained everything in detail as he did it.

We received an itemised account at the end and we felt the rates and total cost were fairly reasonable.

He also cleaned up the area when he finished, which is the first time I have ever seen that from a tradie!!

All in all, highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed.

Ken Hall Plumbers were exceptional to deal with and will remain the only plumber we use from now on! They were excellent in booking the job in quickly, arrived early, were skilled in explaining & rectifying the problem. They were very reliable, professional and friendly from start to finish.

We used Ken Hall Plumbers to replace a badly leaking shower rose in our en suite. The fitting had rusted against the tiles and we were concerned that we would need to have tiles replaced as well, but Ken Hall did a careful and thorough job and saved us money be removing the shower rose without damaging the wall. Very pleased with this service.

Serviced gas heater, hot water service and repaired leaking bathroom and sink taps, arrived on time and were very friendly as well as efficient.

I have been a Property Manager for the past seven years and have religiously used Ken Hall. They provide an excellent service, and sound advice. They charge a reasonable rate, which is becoming more competitive as independent plumbers are beginning to raisie their hourly rates.
