My kids bought me a 10 deal voucher for Mother's Day and I am loving going to these classes on the weekend. Really nice studio and love entering the warmth on very cold winter days. The pace is quite fast but I feel fantastic afterwards. All the instructors have been very welcoming and always offer additional help if you ask for it.
