This review has taken me 1 year to write, because that’s literally how long Matt has been working with us to make our dream come true (by no fault of his own!)
We came to Matt after being told by another broker we had no chance. Matt never hesitated and took us on straight away reassuring us he was confident he could get us our loan. We then threw every obstacle at Matt from 4 dependants to old debts, bad credit, only 5% deposit, using a guarantor, not using a guarantor, buying established then deciding to build, changing jobs right when we were finally ready to apply. You name it we threw it at him and never has he ever made us feel
Like we were too difficult, he is always happy to answer my million questions even if I’ve already asked them
Or I’m stressing over nothing Matt would always respond straight away and ease our worries. Matt we can never thank you enough, when we came to you our dreams had been shattered and you’ve rebuilt them, you’ve given our family a home and for that we are forever thankful.
