Recently dropped in on a Friday to purchase a Fold and Go Cot (a great product). Unfortunately, the wrong product was placed in the boot. I didn’t discover the error until Saturday afternoon when assembling for grand baby’s first sleepover. With no other safe sleeping option available for my granddaughter I called Kiddie Country (cranky & stressed). The lady on phone was calm & helpful, asked if she could call me back after sorting out situation. Approx 10 minutes later receive call confirming our address and was informed the cot would be hand-delivered directly to us within the next hour or so. Cot was delivered to Warrandyte within the timeframe given on a wet miserable day. Yes, mistakes happen, but great businesses flip over backward to rectify the situation. Extremely grateful to Kiddie Country for their professionalism. Thankyou ️
